This program is particularly targeted at companies that solve challenges in the production, processing, packaging, transportation and disposal of food by leveraging contemporary technologies. Successful startups will get a $100,000 investment from AgFunder, which backs the accelerator. They will also get help to improve their business models, and be connected to AgFunder’s global network.

- Receive coaching from GROW’s entrepreneurship experts for a period of five months
- Ongoing engagement with AgFunder’s investment team, which will track participant’s progress
- Get mentored by international food and agriculture multinational corporations, and be trained in finance, marketing, sales, brand design, sustainability, and other crucial aspects of business
- Get funded to the tune of $100,000, which will be convertible at the participant’s next funding round
- Work from a coworking space located in Singapore for as long as the program lasts
- Enjoy media exposure and publicity, including via the AgFunderNews 90,000-strong subscribership
Eligibility
This program is aimed at startups that work in or around at least one of these focus areas:- Supporting smallholder farmers to improve and expand their operations with technology
- Climate-smart aquaculture and agriculture
- Circular economy
- Alternative proteins and novel foods and ingredients
- Personalized nutrition and health
- Rationalizing supply chains

The Application Process
Applications will remain open until January 30, 2023. Startups will be interviewed and selected in February 2023, while the program will kick off in April.
