Wema Bank, in partnership with the Federal Government of Nigeria (the Office of the Vice President), is organizing the FGN-ALAT Digital Skillnovation Program. According to Wema Bank—the parent company of ALAT, a leading digital bank –, this initiative is designed to equip young Nigerians with the skills they need to thrive in the contemporary marketplace.

Participants at the Skillnovation will be mentored, incubated, and trained in various skill areas, and primed to be innovative players in a global digital economy. The organizers intend that persons who go through the program will emerge from it ready to excel in their chosen careers or build successful businesses which make a positive mark on the modern commercial and industrial landscape.
