Ecobank is inviting smart young Nigerians who want to build a career in the banking industry to apply for a place in its Entry Level Development Program (ELDP). According to the bank, this program will enable it to build a pool of talent from which it will recruit leaders to fill vacancies within it. Through the ELDP, Ecobank will attract future professionals who will help to take the bank to the next level of growth.

Persons who are shortlisted from the pool of applicants will be informed via email. They will be notified of an aptitude test, which will be taken by selected potential recruits. Applicants who are adjudged to have scaled through the selection process will be placed in the Ecobank’s ELDP.

Eligibility

The Ecobank Entry Level Development Program is open to persons who meet these criteria:

Should not be older than 24 years at the time they apply
Have at least a Second Class (Lower Division) Degree from a reputable university
Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
Have at least 5 O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics
