As part of this program, graduate trainees will shadow staff members in various departments of the Dangote Cement Company. They will take part in on-the-job training and workshops, receive mentorship, analyze existing systems suggest new ideas for improvements, and keep a record of things they learn.

Eligibility

The Dangote Group Graduate Trainee Program is open to persons who meet these criteria:

• Have a First Degree in Social or Management Sciences, Arts and Humanities, and Computer Science
• Finished from university or polytechnic within at least the Second Class Lower Division or Lower Credit
• Completed NYSC between 2023 and the close of this program’s application date
• Not be older than 28 years
• Have at least 5 O’ Level credits in one sitting, including English Language and Mathematics
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
