  The Co-Creation Hub (CcHub), in partnership with MasterCard Foundation, is supporting Education Technology (EdTech) startups that are building tools that improve access to quality education in Africa. This program is now accepting applications for its second cohort, which will comprise startups solving pressing problems for the present and future of education.

EdTech ventures that are selected for the fellowship will get equity-free funding, receive mentorship, be plugged into an investor network, and be readied for sustainable growth and strengthened solutions that make an impact in the lives of the learners they serve.

• $100,000 in equity-free funding to last the duration of the accelerator program

Eligibility

The CcHub MasterCard Foundation EdTech Fellowship Program is open to startups that meet these criteria:

• Must be incorporated in Nigeria and have a focus on Africa
• Building solutions that address problems in K-12, tertiary education, and vocational skills training
• Aligned with concerns in education access, student learning, school management, and teacher/trainer effectiveness
• Have an inclusive team that’s passionate about education; female founders in EdTech are especially encouraged to apply
• Their solution must have verifiable users
