As part of this initiative, recruited interns will work with crew members to deploy tools and services; participate in coming up with solutions to technical problems; prepare and receive outbound equipment and products; and provide data analysis and cost estimation support to tenders. They will also be shadowing experienced staff to understand Baker Hughes’ business better.

Eligibility
The Baker Hughes Early Career Graduate Internship Program is open to persons who meet the following criteria:- Must have graduated with a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or related disciplines within the last 36 months
- Graduated with a CGPA of no less than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, or its equivalent
- Should have interpersonal skills, be able to communicate fluently and clearly in English, and lead others
- Demonstrate critical and analytical thinking skills, numerical skills, data analysis, and project management skills
