Eligibility

The AIICO Graduate Trainee Program is open to persons who meet these criteria:

Have a Bachelor’s Degree within the 2:1 or 2:2 divisions, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0; or an HND with Upper Credit
Must have completed the NYSC program, or have been officially exempted from it
Be between the ages of 18 and 26 years
Competent, possess potential, and have relevant professional qualifications
