This program will help participants begin to plot a path for their future through intensive training at Access Bank’s School of Banking Excellence. They will also get the chance to learn through real-world tasks and interactions with professionals and other candidates.

Eligibility The following are the eligibility requirements for this program:
- Candidates with at most a Bachelor’s Degree should not be older than 26 years at the time they apply
- Candidates with an MSc or LLB should not be older than 28 years at the time they apply
- Must have at least a Second Class Upper (2:1) if applying for the graduate program, or at least a Second Class Lower (2:2) if applying for the retail program
- They must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
