Startup Grind Lagos will be hosting Venture Capitalist and Founder of Ingressive – Maya Horgan Farmodu this month of September. This is in line with their theme
“Funding your Grind – Valuating and seeking investment”.
“Apart from knowing the various ways to seek the needed investment, entrepreneurs must learn the various valuation techniques so as not to sell themselves short,” says Uwem Uwemakpan, Chapter Director for Startup Grind Lagos.
It would feature an interactive session where each entrepreneur will be given the opportunity to talk about his/her business for 10 minutes. This entrepreneur will be chosen via parameters to be posted on their social pages, @startupgrindlag.
According to Blessing Abeng, the Chapter’s Co-director, “The goal of Startup Grind Lagos is to build a network of vibrant and informed entrepreneurs that will help fuel innovation and economic growth.”
This year, many top entrepreneurs and personalities have been hosted like Audu Maikori, Nimi Akinkugbe, Chris Kwekowe, Bassey Eyo, Muyiwa Oludayo, Muyiwa Matuluko, Oluyomi Ojo, Edidiong Uwemakpan, Pheelz Mr producer (Philip Kayode Moses) to mention a few.
