Saroafrica, a leading integrated agricultural value chain organization, has announced that it is accepting applications from young Nigerians with an undergraduate degree who want to begin a career at the intersection of agri-business and finance. They are seeking persons who are analytically minded, self-driven, and eager to make the most of the program, develop their skills and personal capacities, and begin life in the corporate world.

Persons who are selected as trainees for this program will learn what it takes to work at a leading group in Nigeria’s agricultural and FMCG spaces. They will sharpen their skills and acquire new ones. Ultimately, the company hopes, the program will mould participants into solid professionals.

Eligibility

This program is open to persons who meet the following criteria:

Have at least a Second Class Upper Degree in Accounting from a reputable university
Must either be undergoing an ICAN/ACCA program or be at least a partly qualified ICAN member
Completed the NYSC program by November 2023
Be 25 years old or less as of your latest birthday
Ready to live in the rural areas of the company’s job location
