Where weight is concerned, smoothies are the new miracle worker. I have friends and family that swear by it. In fact, my cousin lived off it for a while. I might add that she got amazing results too. For my part, I do love my smoothies and I consider them great breakfast options.
On our menu today is pineapple smoothie. This four-ingredient smoothie recipe is low-fat, vegan and super delicious. It’s rich in nutrients and it’s quite filling too. Also, the ingredients for making it are readily available.
Before I share today’s recipe with you, here are four things for you to note. First, this pineapple smoothie is not just for weight loss. Anyone who wants to can make and enjoy it. The second thing to note is that I prefer to use frozen fruits for this smoothie. That’s because it’s creamier and the smoothie comes out chilled with an absolutely divine and refreshing taste. Third, please, don’t use canned pineapple juice. Go for fresh pineapples; they’re rich in fibre and they are healthier too. Last but not least is the fact that I’m not a fan of dairy milk; so, I prefer to use almond milk or soy milk for this recipe. Both have a rich taste and they work well with fruits too.
Having said that, let me assure you that this is one recipe you just have to try. Now that I have your attention, oya, come let me show you how to make this smoothie.
