Recipe For Banana Pancake

While these traditional methods are not bad, they get boring over time. Thus, if we want to infuse some excitement into the cooking and consumption of meals, we need to experiment and reinvent meals. Banana Pancake is a product of food experimentation. It is a variant of the traditional pancake. Banana is the twist ingredient. It adds a different taste to the pancake and it is a delicious way to use overripe banana. This recipe is a quick study. It is loved by both adults and children.

Ingredients

2 cups of All-Purpose Flour 4 Ripe Bananas 1 Cup of Milk 2 Eggs 2 Tablespoons of Sugar 2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt 4 Tablespoons of Melted Butter 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract (Optional)

How To Prepare

Get a clean bowl. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in it. Peel and mash the bananas. Break the eggs into a separate bowl. Add other wet ingredients  (milk, melted butter and mashed bananas) into the bowl of eggs and mix together. Stir the dry ingredients mix into the wet ingredients mixture. The resulting batter will be slightly lumpy. Get a clean frying pan and add some oil to it. Place over medium heat and when the oil heats up, scoop some batter into the oil and fry on both sides till golden brown.
