Raising Confident Girls: Mums and Daughter Conference is the perfect place for moms and their daughters to spend some time relaxing, having fun, and building a stronger relationship.
The annual conference will hold on
Saturday, 7th April 2018 at Teeky Arena, Ikate Lekki Axis, from 9.00am to 2.00 pm.
About Raising Confident Girls
Raising
daughters in the midst of various social pressures, greater expectations in the classroom, and mixed signals from society, can be stressful.
The conference aims to
provide solutions to many issues facing girls in the 21
st century due to societal pressures. The 2018 theme is
We Grow Together.
Speakers at the event include
Yinka Enahoro (Parent Coach from Jewelled Butterflies),
Audrey Abayomi (Clinical Psychologist) and
Taiye Aluko (a counsellor from Rare Gems Counselling).
The event is suitable for girls between the
ages of 7 to 14 and their mothers.
