Ramadan: FG Declares Monday, July 28 and Tuesday, July 29, 2014 as Public Holidays

In commemoration of the end of the Muslims’ holy month worldwide, the Federal Government of Nigeria has declared Monday, July 28 and Tuesday, July 29, 2014 as public holidays.
Minister of Interior, Abba Moro, who announced the holiday yesterday in Abuja urged Muslim’s to faithfully exude love, peace and justice in their everyday life which were the spiritual benefits of Ramadan.
Moro also advises Nigerians to use the holidays to reflect on the state of the nation and imbibe the spirit of peace for the sake of nation building.
He wishes all Nigerians most rewarding and peaceful celebration.
