Ghills Entertainment is packaging
The South East Media & Entertainment Conference 2018 in Enugu next week. The event is themed
‘Media and Entertainment in the South East: The Shape of the Future’.
The conference will be the first of its kind and is open to everyone in the media, events, entertainment, hospitality industry as well as social media influencers in south East Nigeria. The industry honcho’s will be on hand to share from their experiences, business trends and opportunities. There will be keynote addresses by some of the industry’s finest in the region:
- Jika Attoh; a seasoned broadcast administrator and journalism trainer who was also GM of the pioneer private radio station in south east Nigeria,
- Michael Ugwu of Sony Music,
- Ken Ike Okere; the Radio Nigeria Zonal director, General manager of Dream FM, Enugu,
- Antonio Cruise
- Hon. Chibuzor Okafor.
There will be panel discussions on Music, Entertainment and social media; with with Dr. Kachi Ugwa; CEO of White Magic and convener of south eastern Nigeria’s biggest wedding and events fair – The Wedding Showcase. Others are Gloria Orji-Emordi, Sammy Ajufo, Benjamin Omesiete, Yemisi Falaye, Target Ogadi, Dubem Oguegbu, Ugodili Kenechukwu and many more.
The organizers are using the elaborate event as a platform to raise and discuss the current state of the media and entertainment industry and its prospects in the region and other related issues.
The South East Media & Entertainment Conference is a free event, scheduled for
Wednesday October 24, 2018 at Kobb Civic Center, Polo Park Mall, Enugu. It is organized by GHills Entertainment, headed by Oarhe Ohis Kelvin AKA MC Ohis. Ghills is popular for its kareoke, poetry and music hangout – Open Mic Enugu.
