With a solid IT background, Olatayo is fully ready to spearhead Infobip’s strategy and boost its communications outreach in Nigeria. A native of Ogun state, the ICT specialist until his appointment with Infobip, recently worked as executive director for sales at BCX in Nigeria. Prior to his engagement with BCX, Olatayo worked for IBM and went on to become IBM West Africa’s first cloud and software services specialist.

The move to Infobip just made sense. Infobip is a young, fast-growing brand and what really attracted me was levels of creativity and the fantastic new-age solutions that this company offers to the local market….I’m really excited to have joined Infobip Nigeria. The company offers a lot of real value through the innovation, creativity, and simplicity that characterise its solutions.”

Olatayo equally disclosed plans to grow the firm’s existing direct sales base.

A large part of my strategy is to make Infobip a household name in the enterprise space in Nigeria. Infobip is evolving into a Software as a Service (SaaS) company.”
