Boli, or Bole as some call it, is a special delicacy eaten in some parts of Nigeria. In Lagos and some parts of the West, Bole is eaten as a combination of roasted Plantain and Groundnut. The one sold predominantly in Port Harcourt, however, is a delicious combo of healthy-looking sticks of roasted Plantain, crunchy slices of yam, and fleshy pieces of fish with peppered palm oil to go with it.
