MTN Foundation Y’ellopreneur Program 2024

The MTN Foundation is inviting female entrepreneurs from across Nigeria to apply for a place in its Y’ellopreneur Program. This initiative is designed to reduce female unemployment in the country by supporting women who want to build successful businesses. It will help them through capacity building, access to loans and grants, and business advisory.

The Y’ellopreneur program is looking to hear from women who have run their businesses for at least 2 years and are active in one of these areas: agriculture, circular economy, manufacturing, waste management, ICT/digital services, and processing. Applicants should source their materials locally.

Benefits

Entrepreneurs selected to take part in this program will benefit from it in the following ways:

About 1,000 women will receive entrepreneurial training skills
They will learn to develop and present bankable business plans
Up to ₦3 million in equipment loan support for 150 female entrepreneurs each
Access business advisory services
Seamless loan repayment process

Eligibility

This program is open to persons who meet these criteria:

Must be a Nigerian woman who runs a business in the country
The business must have been operational for at least 2 years
Must source their materials locally
