The Gabriel Afolayan drama, “Coming From Insanity”, is back in cinemas! It premiered in selected cinemas in April 2019 and is back on the big screens this weekend. Here are other movies you will have the pleasure of seeing across the country this weekend.

Another Father’s Day

“Another Father’s Day” is a family comedy directed by Bukola Ogunshola.

The film features Broda Shaggy, Cee-C, Frank Donga, Wale Ojo, Mercy Aigbe, Simi Adejumo and Gospel singer Mercy Chinwo.

Synopsis:

The film is about a career-driven man who barely has time for his family. His attempt to bond with his children ends in disaster and he is determined to impress his wife afterwards, fearing that there may be another incident the next time he is left alone with the children.

Things get even more complicated with failed attempts to get a reliable house help, his wife intentionally leaving the chores undone, and their teenage daughter suddenly developing love interest.

Mothers & Daughters-in-law

The film stars Ebele Okaro,  Iyabo Ojo, Jide Kosoko, Rachel Oniga, Shaffy Bello and more.

Synopsis:

Three mothers, who each visit their married sons, spark off a row of avoidable drama with their daughters-in-law. Matters snowball when they realise that they are the subject of a novel written by on daughter in-law’s cousin.

“Mothers & Daughters-in-law” is directed by Kehinde Olorunyomi.

Mad About You

Synopsis:

The film is about a successful actor at the peak of his career. He has a seemingly perfect relationship with Kechi, an attractive and highly sought after model, that is the envy of everyone, but all hell breaks loose when he is caught on camera in a compromising posture with an unknown woman.

The film stars Annie Idibia, Blossom Chukwujekwu, Linda Osifo, Ifu Eneda, and Chinyere Wilfred.
