McKinsey and Company, a global strategy and management consulting firm, is organizing a learning program for African professionals. The Forward Learning Program is built to equip people at various stages of their careers with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in today’s (and tomorrow’s) workplace.

As the world of work evolves and adapts to new technologies and relationship dynamics, professionals in Africa risk being left behind. McKinsey says it aims to bring as many of them as possible up to speed with tips and strategies for excelling in the emerging corporate space. Forward will be a 10-week, free online learning program that meets these needs.

Eligibility

This program is open to persons who meet these criteria:

Currently residing in an African country
Currently employed, self-employed, or between jobs
Have a total of less than 5 years of work experience
Completed at least a secondary school education
Have a good command of the English language
