Nigeria’s foremost professional dancer, Kaffy, has taken to Instagram to celebrate her many firsts.
The mother of two started the string of celebratory posts which she dedicated to her fans, after she hit one million followers on Instagram on Tuesday, 13th November. She also appreciated the Okoye brothers of the now defunct P-square for her success.
Kaffy’s penchant for breaking records in her field began in 2006 with her Guinness World Record for “Longest Dance Party”, after which she went on to bag her first major endorsement deal with one of the sponsors, Nokia – the first Nigerian dancer to ever get such a huge endorsement.
The dance instructor, choreographer and fitness coach who dreamed of being an aeronautic engineer is also the first dancer to be recognized at the Headies Awards for her spectacular contribution to the entertainment industry.
Kaffy is without a doubt one of the most hardworking women in Nigeria’s entertainment industry. This year alone, the mother of two has worked as the Creative Director and Head of Costume for the 2 editions of Tim Godfrey’s ‘Fearless’ concert, ‘Flavour Live In Enugu’ concert, Kenny Blaq’s show, Olamide’s ‘Science Student’ video, and choreographed for Adekunle Gold’s “About 30” concert and Mr P’s ‘Ebeano’ video.
She also performed at AY’s April 1st show, Techno global spring launch, the Pepsi DJ Lituation Party, and was head Choreographer for Pepsi’s Refresh the Mix.
She is a relentless worker and deserves all the success she gets!
