Super Eagles’ midfielder, Joel Chukwuma Obi is reportedly close to making a switch from Inter Milan to Genoa.
According to reports in Italy, the Nigerian footballer is discussing personal terms with the Serie A side.
Obi had attracted interests from various clubs, including two newly promoted-Serie A sides, Carpi and Frosinone after he was deemed surplus to requirements at San Siro but seems to have lost out to Genoa.
Obi appeared 17 times in all competitions, scoring just once for the Nerazzurri last season.
