The organizers, based in Ghana, are inviting innovative, forward-thinking entrepreneurs who want to drive their ventures forward to register for the accelerator, which will hold virtually. Through the program, selected candidates will learn, connect, and be equipped with resources that enable them to scale their startups. Startup Café Africa has support from iSpace, HautaTech, InvestPro, GHLononers Network, HatuaOnPoint, and Tribe Capital. It will be leveraging these and other connections to link African founders at the accelerator to seasoned mentors.
How The Program Will Unfold
Applications will be open until Sunday, May 30, and cohorts will be announced the next day. The virtual program will commence on August 1. Participants who have qualified to be part of the cohort will be led through a defined curriculum, designed to improve their business, product, and strategy development processes.Sign up to the Connect Nigeria daily newsletter
This accelerator will last for three months, terminating on November 30, a demo day in which participating startup founders will pitch their ideas to a gathering of investors. There will also be media coverage. Startups that take part in the accelerator can expect to receive support from the organizers of the event well after it has taken place.
