In a six-day attempt that began on July 16, 2024, at the Onikan Stadium, Fola David set out to draw 1000 square metres of art with the major aim of showcasing the beauty of Nigeria’s diverse cultures. In a post on Friday, July 19, 2024, that has since gone viral, Fola David said:
“Congratulations to us all. On Day 4 at 9 pm, we broke the current record of 629.98 square metres, but we are not done! As the goal is to get over 1000 square metres of canvas covered in drawings, we are currently at 689 square metres. Let’s Go!”
