Ewa riro is a favourite in Yoruba-speaking states of Nigeria. The recipe makes use of lentil beans which makes the meal easy to whip. Lentil beans are much smaller than black eyed beans, and gives the stew a generally smooth texture. The recipe makes use of readily available materials, so you don’t have to search far and wide for ingredients.
