SIFA aims to finance skills development projects in selected countries on the continent. Its organizers hope that through it, they will be able to increase the capacity of organizations that equip people with the skills they need to become gainfully employed. The financial backing these bodies receive should enable them to work with a significantly larger number of people than they currently train.
