Technology conference, put together annually by the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), e-Nigeria, will hold at the end of this month. The event gets top-bureaucrats, experts, researchers and other stakeholders together, to discuss Nigeria’s status in Information Communication Technology (ICT) and how to move forward.
The theme of this year is “Local Content in IT Development in Nigeria” and will be declared open by President Goodluck Jonathan. The 2-day event will start on October 30 and will have sessions and keynote addresses on important parts of ICT in Nigeria. Former Vice President of World Bank – for Africa, Obiageli Ezekwesili, Nigerian Minister for Communication, Omobola Johnson, and Director-General of NITDA Professor Cleopas Angaye are some of the speakers for the event.
