It’s cold, sweet and creamy with an incredible burst of fruit-filled, nutty, or chocolatey  flavour, simply refreshing especially during the hot sweat filled afternoons. Although not your typical healthy snack, when eaten in moderation has some surprising health benefits :D. In fact, according to the OZ blog ice cream can help you loose weight, who would have thought! A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that women who ate at least one daily serving of full-fat dairy products, such as ice cream, gained less weight than those who didn’t.
