Chin chin is a very popular snack in Nigeria, made from dough containing flour, butter, eggs, nut meg and sugar, which is then cut into shapes and fried or baked. This crunchy fried delight is highly addictive, it’s easily my favourite thing to munch-on when I’m reading or seeing a movie. There are a thousand and one ways to make this pastry, it depends on what you want. The process maybe a bit tedious, all that cutting is simply exhausting, especially if you’re making it in large quantity. You can get the kids, your partner or friends to help out. It could make for a family pastime, enjoy making this fun recipe
