Here are a few rooftop venues to visit in Lagos.
The View Rooftop Bar
This Rooftop Bar at Twin Towers gives you an ocean view, for your troubles. It is serene. You can see the Lagos coastline, skyline from the outdoor portion and the aesthetics of the indoor is awesome. Dress properly (smart casuals) when visiting. You may not gain entrance into this space if you come with gym clothes or trendy, tattered clothes. The View’s clean, woody, and colourful ambience coupled with the ocean breeze makes this spot dreamy.
Location: Twin Waters Lagos, Okunde Bluewater Scheme, Off Remi Olowude St, Lekki.
Atmosphere Rooftop
This open space is alluring. The view is best at sunset and in the evenings when the heat of the sun is less. The elevator ride or stairways talk through Lennox mall leads to an open garden which adds to the experience. There are different sections in this place, the private areas, the indoor spot and the outdoor space. You even have a portion for picture lovers to strike a pose. The meals and drinks are great and affordable.
Location: The Lennox Mall, Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase I, Lagos
The Sky Bar/Lounge
People rarely talk about this rooftop Bar at Eko Hotels. It has both an indoor space and an outdoor seating area with a view of the Lagos city skyline and a view of the Atlantic Ocean. The view down below is pretty. Sunset here is to die for and the colours in the space give it a clean feel. It is a chill spot and great for a hangout.
Location: Plot 1415 Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos

Django Roof Lounge
Forget about the indoor bar. The rooftop bar has a breath-taking view of the Victoria Island skyline. At night, the lights of the city and coloured lights in the bar is juxtaposed against the navy blue or black night sky. It makes being here feel magical.
Location: 62b Adetokunbo Ademola St, Victoria Island, Lagos
La’Vee Rooftop Bar
This rooftop bar overlooks Lekki and VI. The green leaves and brown basket plus light fixtures hanging from the ceiling near and around the bar give a unique dimension to this space. You can get cocktails, chips, burgers, Jollof, nkwobi and more. This spot has a cozy feel with its padded couch seating area.
Location: Remi Olowude St, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Rue 80 Bar & Lounge
Rue 80 is on top of Maison Fahrenheit Hotel. You can say the ambience is chic and vibrant because of the decor. It is just across the street from the Eko Hotel, which has a better view of the surrounding areas. The car park is usually full in the evenings, so come early. To order food, you may have to go to the restaurant downstairs, which also has an outdoor pool area.
Location: 80 Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos
Rhapsody’s Ikeja
The glass partition between the Terrance and indoor seating makes this space seem wider. You can get African, Seafood, International, Barbecue, Contemporary, and Pub style cuisines here. Howbeit, expensive, and you may need to hold cash to settle your bill if going down a flight of stairs to use the ATM after the meal isn’t your thing. The aesthetics here are cosmopolitan and quite eye-pleasing. And the view from the outdoor bar is good.
Location: 176/194 Obafemi Awolowo Way Ikeja City Mall, Lagos Mainland, Lagos State.
