This year, the Development Bank of Nigeria Entrepreneurship Training Program introduces the DBN Learning Management System (LMS), a free online platform offering carefully curated self-paced courses. Accessible to all Nigerian MSMEs, this portal equips participants with the essential knowledge necessary for thriving in the Nigerian business landscape. Furthermore, DBN will select top-performing businesses for face-to-face training sessions. During these in-person workshops, participants will have the opportunity to apply key principles directly to their ventures, engage in focused discussions, and receive tailored business support. Additionally, all attending businesses will have the chance to present their value propositions, with select enterprises securing grant funding.

Training Format
The Development Bank of Nigeria Entrepreneurship Training Program employs a blended learning approach, combining virtual and physical training components.- Virtual Training: Participants will engage with a comprehensive, self-paced curriculum spanning nine modules, facilitated through the DBN learning management platform or the BizAid App.
- Onsite Training: A five-day immersive practical training session will cater to the specific needs identified through a thorough assessment of shortlisted businesses. Approximately 350 businesses will undergo training sessions in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.
- Pitching Session: Each participating business is eligible to pitch its value proposition. Twenty-five outstanding ventures will be awarded grant funding of ₦500,000 each.

Eligibility Criteria
- Business owners must be at least 18 years old and citizens or legal residents of Nigeria.
- The business must operate within Nigeria and be for-profit, spanning any sector.
- Applicants must commit to the training schedule upon acceptance.
