Ingredients
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 3 cups of skimmed milk
- ½ cup of lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
- 3 cups of water
- Salt (optional)
Directions
- Peel the bananas, making sure no parts of the peel is left
- Cut the bananas into chunks
- Combine the entire ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth
- Pour the mixture into a pot, and cook on very low heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly to ensure it doesn’t stick
- Serve hot in soup bowls
