Kleos Africa is an online consulting platform where SMEs can meet with experienced MBAs and skilled professionals in order to receive support and guidance. The company was founded by Glory Enyinnaya, an MBA and lead consultant at Kleos Africa.
Kleos Africa has taken on the responsibility of helping SMEs achieve efficiency and growth by providing top-quality expert business advice at affordable prices. The online consulting platform allows clients to interact with top MBAs from around the world, and gain knowledge from their vast community forum, knowledgebase and templates, at no cost. The fact that most SMEs cannot afford the services of bigger consulting firms like McKinsey or Accenture is where Kleos Africa comes in. The company promises to offer access to the same knowledge repository the bigger firms run on, all at a much more affordable rate.
Their clientele is not restricted to just SMEs alone, but also, senior managers and business owners who may require services in strategy consulting, financial modelling, managerial accounting, marketing and other services, will also be provided with expert consulting services.
Kleos Africa in its mission to help SMEs, partnered with Diamond Bank Plc to host a monthly business clinic for entrepreneurs in Lagos. The event allowed for a platform where business professionals could have one-on-one discussions with business owners on specific issues affecting their business.
They also worked with SAGE, the market and technology leader for integrated accounting, payroll and payment systems, to bring process automation solutions to African SMEs.
Glory Enyinnaya was also featured on the Association of MBAs’ (AMBA) top 50 MBA Stories, in recognition of the remarkable success of her company, Kleos Africa.
