Brasil 2014: Super Eagles, Only Team Yet to Concede a Goal at World Cup
Michael Abimboye
As African champions, the Super Eagles of Nigeria, prepare to face Argentina in their final group stage match, the team remains the only team to maintain a clean sheet in Brazil.
While the Eagles are yet to concede a goal, the team has scored just one goal so far- scored by Osaze Odemwingie in their second encounter against Bosnia Herzegovina.
Nigeria needs a draw or a win in today’s game against Argentina at Estadio Beira – Rio, Porto Alegre, Brazil to advance to the round of sixteen.
A win for the Eagles will see them top the group with 8 points and avoid a clash with France.
