A Beginner’s Guide To Property Investment is an instructional manual born from the primary experience of the author, Ngozi Okafor. It is an easy-to-understand pathway to property acquisition in the city of Abuja, Nigeria. Ngozi gives us, the readers, a snippet of her journey, from a young age, towards self-discovery in the property industry. The sole purpose of this book is to prevent further scam victims in the property industry, thus, she states, categorically, her mistakes and also perfectly outlines in a step-by-step fashion, how to prevent everything she had to go through from happening to someone else. As there is a paucity of information in the property industry, this book comes in handy to solve a number of issues facing potential property acquirers. From the outlines inherent in this book, it is clear that the author intentionally researched even the smallest of information and made it as simple as possible for a layman to understand. With twelve chapters, her exposition stretched its hands out wide to remarkably cover a number of target audiences. From those who have actually done what she did or are on the verge of doing so to those having a hard time trying to navigate through the rigours of property acquisition down to construction and also to the right way to go about things in this industry.

Furthermore, she not only admonishes her readers on what and how to purchase properties, but she also clearly and concisely enlightens her readers on how to make money from the property industry. Trust me, as I said earlier, the information in this book is of primary experience, thus, there is nothing that hasn’t been tested that is codified in this book. For me, the most important chapter apart from the two money chapters (of course, who doesn’t like money) is the second chapter. One thing that shouldn’t have been made normal in Nigeria is the difficulty. Virtually everything and process in Nigeria is difficult to access or exploit, however, chapter two comes in readily available to solve this problem, as it states critical processes, which I find very interesting and revealing on the different ways to purchase properties in Abuja. Being a secondary victim of land rescission, I especially found the second chapter extremely informative. A Beginner’s Guide To Property Investment by Ngozi Okafor is a book that existing and potential land acquirers should get their hands on. It promises to do you a whole world of good especially by opening your eyes to hitherto hidden truths and facts. The diction is easy to understand, the ideas inherent are structured in a flowing manner, and most importantly, everything codified in this book is evidence-based. Thus, waste no time, get this book and save yourself the heartache suffered by the author. Visit: propertydiva to get a copy!
