This will make you to be a happier person the next day. When you don’t get enough sleep you tend to be cranky. Getting enough sleep also prevents eye bags, a dull lifeless complexion and saggy skin. You could protect your face from ultraviolent rays by using sunglasses or baseball cap but most importantly using a spectrum sunscreen with SPF would ensure better protection. SPF could be inside your make-up or moisturizer but you need a separate broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 20-50 for when you would spend a long time in the sun. Please use whether the sun is out or not. Our thoughts and affirmations can direct us towards a happy life or painful life. If we say positive things to ourselves we focus on the good and our life will improve.
