Super Falcons ace forward,
Asisat Oshoala, has been nominated alongside top contributing citizens of Lagos state, for the 2018 edition of
TheLagosTimes Awards.
Amongst the selected denizens are, popular Lagos monarch, Oba Saheed Ademola Elegushi,women radio host,Titi Okewale-Sonaiya, and prominent businessman, politician and esteemed cleric, Cardinal James Odumbaku, who were all nominated for their superb contributions to the development of the state in the past year.
Other distinguished nominees on the honor list include Hundeyin Adedeji, CEO, Club Phantom; Olawale Olaleye, political editor,Thisday newspaper; Bukola Olopade, Micheal Afolaranmi of 12 Basket Foods; Mike Dada, the CEO of AFRIMA; Dr. Tunde Okewale, St. Ives’ Hospital, Ms. Kehinde Oyelade of MK Fashions, and a few others.
The Lagos Global Achievers Awards is an initiative of the The Lagos Times magazine, designed to honor respected individuals of Lagos state who have demonstrated true selflessness and courage in their fight for a better Lagos.

TheLagosTimes Awards, charged a group of carefully selected judges, to comb the streets of Lagos in search of these national heroes who do not work for fame, but for the love of the state. And they found them!
These noteworthy heroes of the state will join other affluent Nigerians at the 2018 Lagos Times Achievers Awards, scheduled to hold in the first week of December 2018.
