Apply For The World Bank Group Young Professionals Program 2022

The World Bank Group has announced that it’s receiving applications from suitably qualified candidates for its Young Professionals Program, slated to begin in the year 2022.

This program aims to recruit future leaders who will work across the various institutions that constitute the World Bank Group, on projects aimed at tackling development challenges. This year, applications into programs at the group’s members have been merged. As a result, the single program now serves the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA).

Program Description

The World Bank Group’s Young Professionals Program spans the first two years of a five-year employment contract. It consists of on-the-job and in-classroom training, geared at fine-tuning leadership potentials, and bestowing a working knowledge of global developmental challenges. Persons selected for the program will gain professional experience, be trained on the World Bank Group’s policies and operations, receive coaching and mentoring, participate in networking events, and benefit from management-supported job rotations and job placements. The program is designed specifically for young professionals who have a passion for development, and want to have a career at the World Bank Group.

Applicants are expected to submit the following: Applications are open until Thursday, July 15th for all profiles.
