In the past four years, the Top Talent graduate Trainee Program has connected young talent to trainee opportunities in companies like Sterling Bank, Leadway Assurance, Nestoil, Lafarge Africa, Nestle, Cadbury, Guaranty Trust Bank, Honeywell Group, UACN, and Reckitt Benckiser. This year, the Workforce Group wants to recruit smart young graduates to join more prestigious firms, where they will get the chance to develop organizational skills and learn from leaders across various industries.

Eligibility

Applicants will have to meet these conditions to be considered for the program:

• They should be no more than 26 years by December 31, 2022
• They must have at least a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Social Sciences, Commercial, or IT related courses
• Must have completed their NYSC program
