Union Bank promises participants in its graduate trainee program that they will learn “simpler and smarter ways to do things better”. It says that it will train enrollees to think and act creatively and in innovative ways—traits that will set them apart from the competition in the market for talent. The program has three learning pathways, namely:
- Sales academy
- Tech Bootcamp
- General management trainee

Eligibility
This program is open to persons who meet these criteria:- Have a Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second Class Lower) or HND (Lower Class) in any discipline
- Possess an NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Letter
- Should not be older than 27 years by April 2023
- The tech Bootcamp is only open to persons with a computer-related learning background (degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering), numeric science, or an IT certification
