The Techstars Workforce Development Accelerator, focused on utilizing innovative technologies to fix the challenges of the modern dynamic labour market, is an initiative of Techstars, a worldwide network that is largely focused on helping entrepreneurs succeed. Techstars is one of the largest pre-seed investors in the world and has funded over 3,200 companies that went ahead to register a market cap of $79B+. During the three-month Techstars Workforce Development Accelerator, companies are surrounded by mentors who are leaders in their various sectors and an unrivalled network of investors, corporate partners, and alumni. Funding and fundraising opportunities, curated resources, workshops, and an opportunity to learn from peers make up part of the program.
