The Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System (NIBSS) is organizing a Graduate Trainee Program for Nigerian graduates who want to kickstart a career along the lines of the services it delivers.
NIBSS is a digital payments infrastructure that supports payment and settlement services in Nigeria. It exists to promote financial inclusion and raise the digital payments services in Nigeria to a world-class level.
Through the Graduate Trainee program, NIBSS will attract, train, and retain talent that possesses the skills and knowledge required to work with them. The program will last for six months and will prepare participants for success in their chosen careers.

Eligibility
Candidates who intend to apply for the NIBSS Graduate Trainee Program are expected to meet the following criteria:
- Have a university degree in any Engineering or Social Science discipline.
- Have a minimum of a Second Class Lower degree (2:2).
- Must have completed the NYSC program, or have an exemption certificate.
- Should not be more than 26 years old at the time they apply.
- Have between 0 and 3 years of relevant experience.
