Throughout their 12-month tenure, the Fellows have the chance to cultivate both technical expertise and leadership acumen, all the while making direct contributions to research and the formulation of policies. An exceptional aspect of this program is the invaluable mentorship they receive from the leaders of the host organizations. Upon completion of the program, Fellows become esteemed members of the Now Generation Network (NGN), through which they persist in offering their skills and perspectives to advance a better future for Africa.

This 12-month program offers the remarkable opportunity to work at the African Development Bank in Abidjan, the International Trade Centre in Geneva, or the Economic Commission for Africa in Addis Ababa. Here, participants gain technical proficiency, develop leadership abilities, and actively engage in research and policy development.
Eligibility
- National of an African country
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience
- Master’s degree
- Under the age of 40, or 45 for women with children
- Any additional criteria as set by the host
