The graduate program, which is scheduled to begin in March 2023, will see young, smart and self-driven Nigerians take up an engineering role or a role as a price manager. Through this initiative, Ericsson aims to attract hardworking and innovative individuals who it will guide on the path to developing technology leadership. The Ericsson Nigeria Graduate Program will last for 12 months.

Eligibility
Ericsson expects persons who wish to apply for price management or engineering graduate role under its graduate program to meet these conditions:Price Management Graduate
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business or Economics
- Must have completed their degree program between 2020 and 2021
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
- Should not have more than a year of experience

Engineering Graduate
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or Information Systems, or Networks Engineering
- Must have completed their degree program between 2020 and 2021
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
- Should not have more than one year of experience
