The analyst program will commence in July with orientation and induction sessions, which will be followed by a four-week formal training. The training will take place in a class setting. Analysts will get the chance to meet people from the bank’s various units, and learn how each division works.

After the classroom training, there will be three-month rotational stints at various units of the bank. This will enable participants to have a broad understanding of the various divisions and how they interact to make Citibank function as it does.

Citibank Nigeria’s Graduate Analyst Program is part of a global move by the bank, which will see (relatively) recent graduates get recruited to work with the bank’s branches across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
