The African Reinsurance Corporation YIPP is a free online training program aimed at professionals under 35 years old, who work in insurance or reinsurance companies, brokerage firms, supervisory authorities, or other related organisations to these sectors. This program will include fourteen courses spread over nine months, which organizers have designed to equip participants with a deep understanding of the business of insurance and reinsurance on the African continent. At the end of the program, attendees should have gained enough insights to be able to improve the quality of work they do, and excel at their careers.
