At least 3,500 Nigerian youth will be trained during the program, and they will gain hands-on experience in TV production through workshops by leading experts, mentorship, and intensive training. From the 3,500 that will be trained, 200 of them will be hired as part of the cast and crew of a TV series production in order to provide them with invaluable industry experience. Apart from generating significant revenue for the creative sector, the program will also expand its contribution to the Nigerian economy as well as drive creative innovation and social impact.
