Applications Ongoing For The AIG-Imoukhuede Foundation 2022 Public Leaders Program

  The African Initiative for Governance is currently receiving applications from Africans working in their countries’ public sector for its 2022 Public Leaders Program. If you are a senior public servant, here’s an opportunity for you to build the capacity to become more effective in your role, and acquire knowledge and skills that could enable you to drive transformation at your organization.

The Public Leaders Program offers senior public servants and executive education experience which will strengthen the skills they need to instil a culture of effectiveness, integrity and excellence in the institutions they lead. The organizers intend that the program will help its participants with the tools they require to push for improved governance and positive development in their countries. This program is made possible by the African Initiative for Governance, in collaboration with the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government. This year’s edition will see the AIG-Imoukhuede Foundation award scholarships to a hundred African public servants to take part in the program.

Benefits

Senior public servants who are moving into senior leadership positions in the next three to seven years are encouraged to apply. If selected, they could benefit from the program in the following ways:
