We all remember the Zoto app, right? Nigeria’s fastest mobile recharge app, the one that gave 50% of all recharges done from the Zoto app plus other referral bonuses, the app that has garnered over a million downloads on PlayStore since its launch in 2015. Yep, that one.
Zoto has revolutionized how mobile recharge payments are done in Nigeria. Their goal has always been to build a safe, fast and easy recharge platform for Nigeria. It seems they’ve scored!
The Zoto app recently got a redesign and now spots a neat, simplistic and fast interface, making it easier for you to recharge your phone and send airtime to your friends and relatives. In addition to mobile recharge, Zoto users can now make their utility payments (TV and broadband payments, electricity bills, and betting payment) straight from the Zoto app.
According to Co-founder of Zoto, Oshone Ikazoboh, users can make payments within 5 seconds without going through the tedious process of bank OTP, and each payment is secured and complies with CBN policies, when using Zoto wallet. You can fund your Zoto wallet straight from your debit card.
With the new interface, all the quick recharge and payment options you need are right on the homepage of the app. A bar containing all the payment options (Airtime, Data, TV, Electricity, and Internet) occupies the top part of the app interface, so in just two or three taps, you are done with your transaction.
The upgraded app also makes customer support more accessible. The app offers quick solutions to any Zotohitch you may have hit while making a transaction. It also provides contact details of your bank, in case your problem is bank related. As usual, live chat and phone calls to a customer service rep are still available.
