Akiin Shuga, and music producer,
Cobhams Asuquo, are out with an inspiring hit single titled, ‘
I Can Walk’, dedicated to survivors of the polio disease.

Akiin says
“I Can Walk” is a song of hope and is dedicated to polio survivors and anyone who has been scarred or shaken by life’s challenges.
Akiin founded Nigeria’s leading band despite being physically challenged. Deformed at the age of five by polio, he is married with children and is a National Rotary Polio Ambassador, among other things.
Cobhams, who is visually impaired, has also been able to rise to become one of Africa’s most sought-after music producer
Akiin noted:
“Life is about challenges, challenges will always come and no challenges are insurmountable.”
The proceeds generated from the song will go towards the total eradication of polio.
The song was released last week and was produced and co-written by music Cobhams Asuquo.
